There are various kinds of clothing patches. Each of them has their own feature.  Today we will introduce the most commonly used patches.

First, embroidery patch, the most common patch around the world. It is made by embroidery craft. The yarns of the patch is polyester.
The most common fabric is polyester twill, but also denim, felt, oxford cloth, and so on. It's stylish and relatively thick.

Second , rubber patch( also called PVC patch). The material used are PVC and slicone. This patch most used in military uniforms and outdoor clothes.
Normal thikness is 3mm. The process is melting PVC by high temperature, then dropping the PVC to metal mould, finally baking to form the patch.
The details in the patch are clear. Many customers like add hoop and loop on backing, to attach to the clothes.  You can see this True human CS match suit.

Third, woven patch. This kind of patch is made by wovening. The color can be up to 8 . Always be considered as the substitute for embroidery patch.
Woven patch is the most suitable for detailed logos. We will recommend woven patches if the logo pattern is not that good.
The woven patches looks very similar like embroidery patches though they are made by different technologies.

Fourth, digital printing patches, also called sublimation patches. The images are transfered to fabric by sublimation.、
The logo which has effect of photo can choose this.  Many customers like print their own pictures on patches. The color is very realistic and with high level of color fastness. It won't fade during washing.

Fifth, flocking patch. Few customers know this patch. It is popular in recently years and used in the ball uniforms.
We seldom see them in daily life. It is formed by tatami and flocking, with iron on backing. Smooth, beautiful tatami cloth , with the touching of flocking, makes the patch very unique.
You will never forget the patch once touched.

Sixth, leather patch. There are two kinds , PU leather or real leather. People like use them on hats, and jeans mostly. Our clients like use them on sweaters in the past few years to replace woven labels.
Seventh, Chenille patch. Pure chenille patches and embroidery chenille patches. It could mixing techniques to make the logo design. Many people like put it on jacket.

Now you have got some comprehendings to those patches.

We hope you can choose the patch you like in Uimages.

Your orders are welcomed!
