How long will it take to receive my order?
It normally takes 10 working days for your order to arrive with standard shipping (although it might be faster or slower depending on Products). In this time, we check your design and the final product to make sure everything looks ok.
How do I track my order? What's my order status?
Once you’ve placed your order, you can easily track it on your Order History page. Here’s how to do it:
STEP1. Sign in to My Account
STEP2. Go to “My Order”
STEP3. Check to see the status of your order. If it’s been shipped, you can track it using the carrier link.
How much is shipping?
Shipping fee according to your products quantity and sizes.
STEP1. Choose your products parameter
STEP2. Press "Shipping cost"
STEP3. Choose your country. Then find best shipping company and shipping fee for yourself.
How does your free design review work?
Our professional designers according to your order Sketch to ensure you get the best product quality possible. If anything needs adjust, they'll send email and message in "Conversations" to you a few options to resolve the issue (usually within 24 hours). You can choose one of the options that we provide, or ask for changes. And If you need any special font, tell the font name to us please.
Do you offer priority produce and shipping?
Many Clients would like to get them ASAP. Please press "BUY NOW" and leave the message to us, and choose the "DHL". We will priority produce them and shipping fastest for you.
What's your cancellation policy?
We accept you cancel order in 24 hours after you confirmed the digital proof.Otherwise we cannot cancel your order. There are special exceptions. If you ordered an in stock product that required no customization then you may cancel your order at anytime before it is shipped.
