I love these guys. They make great patches. I get my PU leather patches, woven labels, and also embroidered patches from them. They are great quality, and are shipped in a timely manner. Good pricing. Also, EXCELLENT customer service. I will be using them for years to come.

I’m so disgusted with how my custom order was handled. I requested a specific date for the product to be delivered by and after this company processed my payment was then notified it would be difficult for them to get it to me by the original date requested. I then immediately emailed asking for them to cancel my order and process a refund and was told they couldn’t process my refund because it was a custom order. After several emails back and forth I was finally told they would refund my shipping fee. Which I did confirm and they completely disregarded. They did not follow through on their end and ended up shipping my item anyways.  If you are ordering leather patches from Etsy there are several local companies in the US that charge a quarter of the price and are honest and loyal in their dealings!!!! I ended up ordering from a company out of Texas and received my order a week before my requested date and spent a quarter of the price!!! The quality of the product was just as good. "
