This was my second time working with JC Basic Label, mind you both orders I didn't request any samples because I was pressed for time. I was previously working with a company in China who was talking forever to reply, then I got frustrated. JC Basic was sent from above, not only did I always get replied to, they replied fast and they are very professional. I ordered my woven labels with them, which arrived super fast, and my hang tags. I will be working with them again.
